We’ve been with Dr Kelley for about 4 years, and we’ve been very happy with her and her staff. Dr Kelley is friendly, engaging and dedicated, and she treats her patients like family. I recently broke a tooth on a day the clinic was closed, and I called the emergency line. She got back to me quickly and saw me on the very next clinic day.

She really is an excellent dentist, and we couldn’t be happier. Her hygienists are also great.

I’ve been going to the office for over a year and I’m really impressed with their professionalism. Even though I have some difficulty with teeth cleaning, they are able to make it less painful and difficult. I’m so thankful that they take such good care of me! Years of dental fears are being healed with each visit. Thanks team and Dr Kelley!

After a scheduling snafu on my second scheduled visit, my third scheduled visit went even better than my first visit. Really awesome job today! 5 stars +1 star for finally having someone local in Kingsgate. Who knew there was a dental office behind Tony's/Pizza Bank?? What a great find!

This clinic is good for regular cleaning. My own experience is that 1) I was sent to a specialist for a root canal and I went through the whole root canal procedure from the specialist and got a crown from Dr. Kelley. The root canal did not address my issue. The root canal was done for the second time and the issue persists. I finally went to a different general dentistry and only to find out that my bites were wrong which caused the pain and there was nothing wrong with my tooth. I spent about $4K for something that I did not need. My bites have since been corrected and the issue is resolved.

2) I had a night guard made by Dr. Kelley and about a year into using the night guard, for some reason it started to dig into my gums. The office was going to charge me close to $150 for the adjustment. I was shocked as I would see that as part of customer service, so I did make my voice heard and Dr. Kelley made an exception and waived the fee. 3) I had a blood blister at the roof of my mouth. I was told to come in so that Dr. Kelley could have a look at it.

I made past the front desk and Dr. Kelley was in the hallway, she bent down and looked at my mouth in the hallway and said that she needed to refer me to a specialist. For this visit, I didn't even make it into the exam room, and I received a bill for a full visit. I paid in full, but I was not happy with the way how billings are done. My whole family goes there because they were on my insurance previously and now that they are working professional they continue to use Kingsgate Dental. I am not interested in being a cash cow only instead of being a patient. I have not returned since my night guard issue.
