Can't say enough fantastic things about the team at Kingsway. I am always praising them to friends and family. Front of House/Office Admin Staff are always so friendly and inviting. Hygienists are gentle and thorough at explaining things. Dental Assistants are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Amita goes above and beyond the average Dentist. She is so gentle, kind and empathetic.

Would recommend this clinic for anyone - but definitely an amazing choice for kids or anyone who has any anxiety around dental work. I was so impressed with how she spoke to my daughter for her first filling. She explained everything in a kid friendly manner - speaking directly to her. She has a calming demeanor and presence. I had a medical incident myself during this particular appointment, where-in I felt faint and almost passed out. Dr Amita and her staff were so helpful, comforting and accommodating (offering juice and a cookie to boost blood sugar). They were so empathetic and kind and handled it so gracefully.

My daughter also needed to have baby teeth extracted - again Dr Amita and her team were amazing during this procedure keeping her calm and reassured. I have had nothing but amazing experiences as well for my own dental procedures. The team listens to any of your concerns and keeps detailed records from past visits for follow ups. The clinic seems to be equipped with the newest tech, it's always very clean, I've never had to wait more than 5 mins in the waiting room for my appointment and they were so accommodating to fit my daughter in quickly for an emergency procedure. They aren't pushy with unnecessary procedures. I really appreciate the entire team and all their hard work to make Kingsway such an amazing clinic.

Outstanding welcoming associates and Jessica was great. Profession, friendly and efficient. Only problem was traffic getting there. It was different when I worked in Beamsville, but not that I'm retired, the drive is okay, but the construction is a killer.

This was our first time here (Mom and Son) the staff were very friendly and inclusive. Shares X-rays and included me in treatment plans. Very accommodating regarding appointments. The hygienists were also very gentle. I am happy to have made the switch.
