As soon as they find out you have benefits they gonna squeeze out every drop of you. They don’t even ask whether you need a filing it or not, they will make you do what they want. I wasn’t even sure if their dentist changes gloves when running from one client to another simultaneously. Highly unprofessional, I’ve never been treated so badly before

I came to clean my teeth. I appreciate the person who cleaning my teeth. She did a good job, but the problem was that they did a lot of unnecessary things within 40min, and end up charging me ($539). 😨 That was a ridiculous amount🤕 I did not expect to pay that much at all.

I should refuse for that stupid Xrays. They knew I don’t have any problem with my teeth, but they just decide to do it to get the money. Anyways I learned a lessons.

Kipling Queensway Mall Dental promotes nothing but the highest values when treating clients. The primary concern of the dental office is the treatment of the clients, the satisfaction of the clients and most importantly the oral health. Staff hold additional certificates in infection control, and follow very strict protocols as per Public Health requirements. Clients attending this clinic are well informed and educated on their oral health and an abundance of time and effort is spent on making the client understand any issues and treatment that is suggested. It's unfortunate that Mr.

Wilson felt that the office is only after money. We are a regulated health care profession that receives audits and are closely monitored when processing claims. Clients are well informed of fees and services and the fees are implemented by the ODA. Clients always have access to their billings and the dental office is always more then happy to explain anything. We take infection control very serious, as well as the well-being of the clients attending the clinic.

Which is why the clinic can gladly brag without hesitation that we have maintained over 35 years of exceptional services and safe practices, never compromising any individuals. The office encourages everyone to ask questions and never to hesitate should you feel uncomfortable for any reason.

I've been going here for a couple year's now and I have to give Dr. Dr. Marzena Downarowicz 5 outstanding stars for her service, professionalism and work. She is fast, skilled, and understanding. I have had Invisalign done by her; I'm extremely happy with my results (I had a severe cross bite). And not only that, but she installed semi-permanent retainer's, top and bottom, afterwards, which I am still happy with today.

She also added material to the bottom of my chipped front tooth to make it appear even and aesthetic already about 2 year's ago, and I have not had any type of problem with it. I haven't needed to come back for correcting or anything. She did the job very well the first time around. This is all you can ask for in a dentist! I now live a little further away, but still choose to come here because of her service. I would definitely recommend! Thank you, Dr. D!
