Misleading receptionist, saying she understood my needs especially because I do not have insurance. Dentist I saw suggested a partial exam; said comprehensive not needed. After inquiring many times about a mouth guard, Dr. Kircher explained that I should have had a comprehensive exam and would have to pay for it again; apparently it only costs10 dollars more than a partial exam. Her price quotes were different than the $275. 00 I paid for a buckle filling. The day I made the appointment, receptionist said I could have discount for paying cash. I said flex card, she said same thing.

. Dr. Kircher said no discount and I don't know why you think that. She was rude and all staff had inconsistencies. Very misleading and either they were trying to rip me off or they have no common sense. They also have no concern for their patients financial matters.

Our family (2 parents and 2 kids) has been relying on Dr. Kircher for all our dental needs for eight years. She and her staff are truly wonderful. Dr. Kircher provides the highest quality dental care and has a caring, gentle way with adults and kids alike. She does a wonderful job of informing patients about options and preventative care, and we never feel rushed into any kind of procedure.

When our older child needed braces, Dr. Kircher worked expertly with our orthodontist. Several times, Dr. Kircher has made special efforts to help us in urgent situations. We can't imagine going to another dentist!

Dr. Kircher and her staff are the most professional and courteous dentistry staff I have ever worked with. They always go out of their way to accommodate schedules; they are super friendly and they make the whole dentist visit not only enjoyable BUT they will leave you walking out of there with a big smile on your face. Going to the dentist is not anyone's favorite thing to do but they make the experience comfortable and efficient.

My hygienist, Alexis, is methodical, precise and is great at being super thorough. She never skips a step and is always in a great mood! I have never had a billing problem and the front desk staff is always on top of my questions if I have any. I would refer anyone looking for a dentist to Dr Kircher. They are the best!

Just had my first visit. Personal, concerned, professional, fun. Dr. Kircher is going to work on problem solving an odd dental issue I have. She made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Will be looking forward to my next cleaning. Who says that?!?!!
