After a bad experience with a previous dentist, my husband recommended me to Kirkland Dental. Dr. Ma did an excellent job with the work I needed done! She takes meticulous care and is very knowledgeable.

I am pretty particular with any work I get done but I had no complaints and everything came out beautifully. Every staff member in the office is very friendly and genuinely happy to be there. I am so happy I found this office!

I have been going here for almost two years and just recently found out my insurance is out of network. They failed to tell me this when I switched jobs (therefore switching to a new insurance provider) so I’ve been paying more than necessary. The dental service I received was fine but can’t help to think they are unethical and don’t hold good values. The people at the front desk who have been accepting my insurance should have told me.

The only reason I found out is because I needed to get some dental work done and was alarmed at the price. Then I asked why it was so high and the lady said I was out of network. But you didn’t say this when I switched insurance almost two years ago? What makes things even worse, is I went home and told my wife who used to go there too and she said she had a similar experience. Basically saying it took a long time before they told her she was out of network after switching to a new provider.

They know what they’re doing. Here is a tip - if you go here don’t just ask if they accept your insurance (they will say yes to this even if you could pay less elsewhere), make sure you ask if your provider is in network.
