Previously I didn’t have any issues with this establishment until today. I scheduled my children for a routine cleaning but a day or two before one of my children got sick. Being a responsible parent, I texted, called, and then followed up with a message to portal alerting them that I had a child running a fever and that we would need to be rescheduled in order not the spread whatever virus we had. No answer.

I call again to reschedule and was told that because I didn’t alert them 36 hours prior to the appointment that I would be charged $45 per appointment. This is unconscionable, I have a child running a fever! I can understand if I just cancelled out of nowhere without notice or excuse but Naomi has a complete lack of empathy, customer service, soft skills, or situational awareness, which reflect poorly on the business as a whole. Another customer lost and from the looks of the establishment, it doesn’t look too good for them. Unfortunately, we have to find another dentist, in a better area and a more respectable established brand because utilizing smaller businesses is a headache.

In my experience, it’s hard to come across a dentist that makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Knight does a great job and she makes me feel comfortable when I’m in her chair. I had to have an extraction for my ortho treatment, and she made the process seamless. I’ve been going to her for about a year now, and I have no plans of leaving her.

I really appreciate the time Dr. Knight take to explain everything to me and allow me to ask questions. She very personal, it's like talking to an old friend. Her staff is awesome. I have never waited too long in the waiting room and the staff keeps me posted while I wait. Thanks again Dr. Knight and your awesome staff.
