The office staff is friendly, courteous, and Very Pleasant. Dr. Schwartz is a wonderful dentist also very pleasant. This office is the greatest I have ever been to. I have referred family and friends to his office. You guys rock!

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family…I felt so comfortable there which is not common in a dental office(at least not for me) and felt absolutely no pain durring my visits, I can tell that Dr.
Jay Schwartz loves his job and is passionate about his work I would highly highly recommend making an appointment here to everyone!!!

Dr. Jay Schwartz is the best dentist without a doubt. I have been going to his office for 20 + years. Talented and has the experience that all dentists should want to be like.
Every single time he has always done a tremendous job. But recently I had really bad experience by the front desk Staff, Due to my Travelling job i called the office on Monday and request them to reschedule me for some other time and the day, so phone passed on to someone who spoke to me rudely and told me that most of the time I cancelled my appointment or reschedule, so you know what we don't want to see you anymore. So how rude was that and she hung up, sadden to say that Dr. Jay lost his patient because of his staff who does not know how to behave or talk to the patients.
Dr Schwartz is the best dentist for sure, but staff need to developed client relationship skilled or else it will hurt the Dentist Business, anyway good luck to the staff and now i have to search for other dentist not just for myself but for my family member as well. Dr. Jay did deserve 5-star rating, But for front office staff 2- star.

I love the doctor, but his front desk people. . . I called to make my routine appointment and was told that as of right now they have one hygienist and I have to wait another six months. In the interim, they offer nothing, but an attitude. They could offer information to a dental hygienist school to have your teeth cleaned by a student, but no. What they do offer is an attitude when you ask for help and a charge for $35 to get copies of your dental records. Why should have to pay when you are the business inconveniencing me.
I could understand the charge if I was moving, leaving for a different doctor, or if randomly I just wanted to hold them. But you're forcing me to move my business. In order to have proper dental hygiene you need to have your teeth cleaned every 6 months, right? So I have to go to a hunt for a service or a different dentist in the mean time. (Again, I love the dentist. Enough to go to a school and come back when they find the help they need. ) The help offered was "We don't care about your medical needs, our needs are $35 and you'll get your copies. " Guess I'll take my, my wife's, and my children who are aging into adulthood dental needs somewhere else solely based on the people at the front desk.
