I can only say wonderful things about Knoell Family Dentistry. This is the most personal and professional dental office in the Racine area. From your first step through the front door, you can feel the comfort this office provides. The front office staff is so personable and diligent at the same time. They are considerate enough to work around my schedule and call for sooner opening if the schedule allows. They are also great at answering insurance and financial questions, so that I feel prepared for my next appointment.

The dental cleanings are like no other cleanings I’ve had before, so effortless and thorough. I chose to pay out of pocket to continue to be seen at this office, rather than go where I could have all of my work paid for. Any work done by the dentist has been painless and almost enjoyable. The staff seems to be genuinely happy, and is always more than willing to make me comfortable. I would recommend anyone I know to become a patient at Knoell Family Dentistry.

I have been with Knoell Family Dentistry for many years. Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly, caring, and very good at doing their jobs. They are very good at taking care of my dental needs in a way that I am comfortable with. Dr. Knoell is up-to-date with current technology and explains the process to me in a helpful way.

Scheduling has never been a problem and they are always willing to work with finding a day that works best. Knoell Family Dentistry has a family friendly atmosphere that makes me very welcome. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality care.

I have already written a review a couple years back but it looks like it was taken down, which seems like a dishonest thing for this business to do. If you have ANY dental anxiety what so ever make sure you stay FAR away from this business. One day I called to make an apt to get dental work done and they told me I was no longer able to be a patient due to my dental anxiety. Keep in mind I had been going to them on and off since I was little. I was not a new patient.

The dental work I was calling to get done was a broken tooth, something I considered an emergency bc it hurt but they told me to find someone else. Bad experience. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Spending my entire career in the dental field, I chose Knoell Family Dentistry after seeing first hand, the excellent patient prep work they provided for fabricating crowns, implants and restorations for their patients. Due to technology, they now fabricate crowns right in their office so, what used to take 2 separate appointments is now just one! As a patient who experienced high anxiety starting when I was a child, I have found them to be gentle and understanding.

Their genuine concern for my comfort has removed the lifelong fear I had suffered. They are the best!
