I was very pleased with first the professional staff and outstanding customer service at Kool Smiles. Also, the wait for my children was very short before seeing the health care providers. Follow up appointments were set quickly and easily. Just an overall pleasant experience. Keep up the excellent work.

P. S. I love the 5 o clock appointment time; the children didn't have to miss any school and I didn't miss a lot of work.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Appointment was at 1, arrived by 1230 just to fill out forms since it was our first time. Forms are pretty much half filled out by front receptionist (both who were absolute darlings). We were called in by 110, every worker is absolutely sweet and they greet you and smile as they’re passing by you. The cleaning is actually interesting, it is an open room with 8 chairs and they make the parent stand to the side which is a great idea because it kind of leaves the kids with the hygienists and lets them be more independent. My daughter was sat, examined, had x-rays and then had a cleaning. Dr. Brown did come by before hand to speak with me about any concerns.

After cleaning was done she came over again and advised that she would be doing some work on my daughter and the dental assistant Kim took us to a room in the back. Clean, open, and very spacious office. They even have a blanket in the room since it tends to be cold. My daughter had to get some work done and always freaks out. Dr. Kim immediately suggested laughing gas and it literally worked wonders! My daughter was a gem through the process and Kim and Dr. Brown were amazing talking to her and reassuring her the whole time. There was no judgement from the dentist, no grilling questions asking why my kid had a couple of cavities.

They booked the next two appointments on the spot. My daughter walked away with goodies and a smile on her face and couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved this dentists office. Honestly, your office is awesome full of amazing staff. We will always come back and always recommend. Special thank you to Kim and Dr. Brown for her exceptional work!!

This was my first visit with my 3 year old son who is very active and can be a bit impatient and scared of Doctor’s offices but I must say that they staff made sure that he was comfortable with procedures instead of treating my son like just another number. Ashleigh and Lekreshia are two awesome young women that you know actuality care about their job and even better their little patients.

This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist. The women who greeted us at the front desk we're very professional. The lobby was clean the play area was nice for the kids. The staff made my daughter feel welcome and happy. They made me feel at ease.

Sierra was especially awesome with my daughter. Every child was happy and smiling. They made everyone feel comfortable. I'm very grateful I found this place for my daughter and I look forward to her next appointment.
