Dr. Kulkarni is the best. I had an emergency tooth issue and he worked me in the same day. Staff is very knowledable and accommodating to last minute schedule changes. Highly recommend.

AVOID. If you are able to go somewhere else, GO! I spent years going to this place and had plenty experience with the staff. Kulkarni is very rude and will say your smile looks bad and say you need plastic surgery. One of my tooths shattered because of how much pressure they put on it and they had to remove every piece.

After all the years I spent here when finally getting my braces off there was a gap in my molars that was NOT there before, they told me they would have to redo the whole process to fix it?!?! They do not communicate between the two doctors very well either. One app. they told me they were going to shave my teeth down and to bring a parent next time for concent and yet I never heard of it again. Please go somewhere else if you're able to!!

Completed my orthodontics with this practice in 2016. Since completion I have been religiously compliant with wearing my retainer. Nine years later, I live in a new city where my dentist has referred me to a new orthodontist. I went in for a consultation with the referral and a second orthodontist for an extra opinion. From both appointments, I have learned that due to the poor decisions of this Doctor Fitz (I. E.

tooth extractions rather than proper palate expansion, and ending my treatment so early into puberty), that jaw surgery is my next step to fix the bite I have now been left with. The more I information I gave my new orthodontist about my old treatment, the more horrified she became. The practices of Doctor Fitz, even at the time, were considered to be outdated and not recommended. If you choose to pursue treatment at this office, be sure to emphasize that your long-term smile needs to be considered for yourself or your child as mine was not.
