I personally visited Kupchik Dental for the second time for a procedure to be done for a child of mine. I have to state that the location was very clean, well lit as well as comfortable. The Dentist who assisted us was professional and took the time to address any concerns.

But where this dental business needs work is in customer service, specifically in the reception area, the two women at the front desk are extremely unprofessional and rude. How does a business allow their employees to talk about customers in a another language in front of the actually customer, (unknown to her I had a understanding of her language) Either way I will not patronize this place ever again.

I had a fantastic experience at this dental office! The doctors were professional, gentle, and clearly explained every step of the process. The receptionists were warm, welcoming, and super organized. I felt well cared for from start to finish—highly recommend!
