I highly recommend this office! I was seen for a new patient exam today and the appointment went great. They brought me back on time, did a great job with my cleaning, and the dentist addressed all of my concerns. Not only that but they were very nice and professional while they helped me. I will be making appointments for the whole family.

Dr Nordeen and her entire team were outstanding. Jessica and Tina were exceptional. Knowledgeable, thorough with great communication skills. They worked seamlessly with my oral surgeon to insure my implants and crowns are properly aligned and placed.

Just over a year ago I had two multiple tooth bridges installed which were improperly installed and a poor solution for correction as confirmed by three other dentists. Fortunately for me I was connected with Dr Nordeen by my wife who was already a patient of Dr Nordeen. Lacey Smiles Dental is the best choice for dental care.

They seem to have a business model revolving around exploiting the elderly and underprivileged. Check the complaints filed with the Dental Board before making a visit. They constantly recommend, or try to force, un-needed procedures so they can line their pockets. Most times the initial estimate you get from them is less than half of what they charge you. Ask about it and they say that its between you and your insurance even though they blatantly mark items in an estimate as covered when they know that they are not.

Spoke with their business manager about this, who is very inept and tries to be threatening, and she lied to my face about what insurance told said about an issue. Funny since I had literally just hung up with the insurance before stepping in the door. After the dentist installed a crown, I let her know when she did it that it was too large, uncomfortable and hit my other teeth. The dentist said it was fine and wouldn't do anything about it. If I wanted to have it smaller or adjusted they would charge an exorbitant amount.

Funny since they did the crown they should need to stand by their work and fix it. I'm disgusted after speaking to their business manager. See how they like the state and dental board investigating them now.
