I was looking for a good dentistry in the area. Read some good reviews and decided to give LADD a shot. Jay at the receptionist desk was welcoming, and made the check-in process go extremely smooth and quick. Liz and Emma who took x-ray and cleaned my teeth took their time to answer any questions I had. Would recommend 10/10

Dr. Triplets is an amazing Dentist. However the receptionist Jay is not professional. She called me on Feb 26th to reschedule an appointment that I had for 6 to 7 months. When I called her 1 week later to tell her I overbooked myself the day she rs. Is there anyway she can get me in before my trip.

She said I called you 2 weeks ago and I don't have anything before your trip. When I checked my phone to make sure she called a week ago instead of 2. She was calling me back for an appointment. I understand things happen, but don't act like you called way in advance when you didn't. I am changing Dentist because of this unnecessary drama.

The doctor and the staff members are very attentive and professional. The service is very good and efficient. A friend of mine recommended the clinic because of their attention to preserving the patients' natural teeth.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and laid back in the best way, professional yet never rushed. The entire staff is incredibly personable, and I fully trust their expertise and care. I tend to ask a lot of questions and sometimes hesitate with procedures, but they always handle it with patience and reassurance. They take their time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure I’m comfortable every step of the way.

Sammie is phenomenal, both in skill and personality! Jay is always on top of everything, incredibly knowledgeable, and kind. And Dr. Trillet is outstanding. He takes the time to have a conversation with me at every visit and does great work. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend them!
