I’m dealing with a dental emergency. Three chipped and cracked teeth with extreme nerve pain and my top teeth have been pushed so far into my gums that I can no longer place my teeth back together (which means that I cannot chew solid food). I only have medicaid, which they take, but was denied service because I don’t live in Waukesha County.

Fantastic staff! My mouth is a literal train wreck, the Dr.s and Techs have been really great (and never judgy about the state of my teeth). They're good with numbing, making the shots as tolerable as possible and making sure enough numbing is in place before proceeding. I'm able to get an appointment at least once a week and frequently get a call to see if I want to come in earlier. A+++

My daughter Madie who has Down Syndrome needed a new Dentist who takes Medicare and Medicaid. Not easy to find, especially a good one! This was hands down the best experience we’ve had at a dentist for this sweet pea in years! And the good news? No cavities!!! 💗

These people are nice only if you allow them to do whatever they want to do to your teeth while ignoring the reason you came in to see them for. I came in because of a loose filling they put in years ago that was causing an infection. They took x rays and did a routine gum cleaning while refusing to address the loose filing and it has now completely fallen out. I have tried to contact them several times and they will not get back to me to make any kind of arrangements to fix the issue they caused. After my experience I would be very suspicious of what materials are being used to fill your teeth with.

Update: Tina the clinical manager wanted to schedule an appointment for another tooth x-ray after I have already had several and explained in great detail what the problem was. I also left messages on their machine in great detail of what the issue is and all I wanted to know was how they would treat my problem before booking another appointment since there treatment last time was temporary and left me with more toxicity issues. She said she was not the dentist and couldn’t make that determination without me coming in for another examination which included another x ray of the tooth. I have explained multiple times on answering machines and to receptionists my tooth issue, had x rays, and have been seen by the dentist who is the professional and should have been able to treat the issue in the first place. An affordable solution to my problem could have been to take off the compromised tooth filling and shave down my two front teeth to match but this facility doesn’t seem interested in anything accept doing what makes them money.

I am no longer participating in these toxic phone games. If you want to know why people stop respecting professional titles it’s because this behavior is both encouraged and allowed.
