I had to go in for an emergency extraction. I called as soon as they opened and they got me in at 12:30. I am not a fan of having dental work done but everyone there was super nice and put me at ease. They explained everything thoroughly from medical paperwork to aftercare.

He even stitched the hole where my tooth was, nobody's ever done that before. And the tech got what she needed with just one x-ray instead of 10 like they normally do. They didn't try to take advantage of me in any way shape or form and that's a big plus for someone who is used to people pushing things on them anytime they go to the Dr or dentist. Dr Thompson was very gentle and got my tooth out in one piece even though they suspected it may break apart during the process.

They even gave me a case for my tooth so I could bring it home to show my kids why they need to brush their teeth better. My experience was as good as it could've been for my situation. Even had a 5% discount for paying cash since they didn't take my insurance.

My son came to visit us from Louisiana. Unfortunately he had an issue with his bottom front teeth from a fall he had prior to visit. We stopped into the office on Monday morning and they sqeezed him in immediately. Home by 945am minus a few teeth that needed to come out. Amazing office, amazing staff, a wonderful dentist.

The staff is very friendly but I would not suggest getting dentures here. I had a horrible experience. The first set was absolutely terribly. I could not even talk without lisping and slurring my speech, I wasn’t able to eat with them and they looked horrid. This was after about 5 adjustments and I gave up. I asked several times for them to fix them and was told by Dr they were fine and that’s the way they are supposed to be.

I’ve had dentures for 10 years and I know the difference. I finally brought in a friend with me as an advocate for me and she politely told the dr how terrible they were and how bad they looked and how they are not functional. Dr got upset and said he felt “personally attacked”!I explained that was not my intention I just wanted dentures that worked. Finally he agreed to make me a new set at an extra fee of course. I’ve had 6 adjustments and they are still aweful. I can’t eat properly.

Actually I take the bottoms out to eat but I’m just not going back at this point. I will just wait the 5 years until my insurance will pay for a new pair as dentures are very expensive. I will not be going back and suggest they find a new lab. This is the worst experience with dentures I have ever had! My self esteem is aweful due to my lack of teeth thanks to Lake city family dentistry. One star quality.

In June this year my husband's worst nightmares became real. He needed to go see a dentist. You know how it is, as a kid you see the dentist he hurts you you only go back if your parents make you and then never go back again. Of course he let everything inside his mouth get his bad as it could possibly get and then we called these folks in Lake City. Of course I was expecting for him to have to wait a month or so before he'd be seen and I expected that of any dentist office that we had called. We are so fortunate that we found the folks at Lake City family dentistry.

Patience, kindness, understanding and so happy and friendly all the time every time we've been there. They were quick to get him in the first time, no huge long waits in between visits. And every visit I see other people coming in and out of the building happy, smiling and excited to make their next appointment. And now my husband gets excited about going to the dentist! If you or someone in your family especially children especially if they've never been to the dentist before start with these people, I honestly do not think you could go wrong. Thank you Lake City Dentistry for restoring my husband's faith, each and every one of you, we love you all! Sincerely happy, Mr. and Mrs.

Clous p. s. My husband and I got married July 6th 2022, they pulled four of his teeth that day and filled two of them and he still got married with a smile on his face and the first congratulations card in our mailbox was from Lake City family dentistry and signed by everybody. We were definitely taken into their family and we love it.
