No one here is very helpful and the level of care isn't very caring. They made my pain worse by banging on the tooth in question with an instrument and then didn't give me pain meds or antibiotics.

When I called back the next day to try to get help, I was condescended to on the phone and scoffed at when I said I couldn’t swallow pills, then left to suffer over the weekend because no one could send in a prescription until late in the day, after my pharmacy was closed for the weekend.

First off, Deb handled my inspection and teeth clean. She explained everything, made me feel comfortable, and honestly cared. It was not rushed at all. The ladies behind the desk, as reflected in other reviews of this office, were incredibly rude. They have a "10 minute" rule. It's not clearly on their web sight that I can see. But so be it.

I arrived 15 minutes late and was told, very sharply, I may havr reschedule. VERY rudely. Hey team. Howvabout " Good morning? What happend? We do have a 10 min rule Hold tight. . let me see what we can do!!" Whats wrong with that? I would have accepted their rudeness but their approach was too much. Perhaps better communication and empathy skills would have been better on their part (what concepts) but alas, it is what it is.

If the bottom line for you is dentistry but you would like to be treated with respect and value as a patient, by the front desk team, it's highly suggested you go elsewhere. Now. . . FULLY expect they will mess with my insurance and bill me out of spite after reading this review even tho I have insurance. I'll keep ypu posted!

This office is a complete mess. The staff was incredibly rude — they gave me dirty looks and made a huge deal about my insurance, only to admit later they hadn’t even bothered to check it. I waited over an hour for what turned out to be a rushed, 2-minute cleaning.

As a new patient, I expected at least a basic level of care, but the doctor didn’t even look at the X-rays they took. Unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth your time.
