This was a great experience from the moment I called to make the appointment. The lady that took my appointment was so pleasant on the phone and helpful on helping me get established as a new patient. When I arrived I was greeted by both ladies with smiles, and was made to feel welcome. The hygienist was very sweet and was very thorough, and made sure my teeth sensitivity was ok, while cleaning.

The doctor was nice and understanding of my situation. After the exam he helped me to make the most important issues to take care of first, o am so glad that this place was recommended to me. Thank you All.

I am so pleased with Lake Hickory Dental. Carol was so nice and helpful for me in setting up an appointment and filling my insurance paper work. The office staff greeted me with a smile. My dental hygienist was Dr. Robbie's mom and gave me the best teeth cleaning I've had in a long time.

Dr. Robbie has a beautiful smile, very nice, professional and helpful. I definitely will be going back in 6 months and I highly recommend Lake Hickory Dental.

Lake Hickory Dental is hands-down the best dental office I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were so warm and welcoming—it immediately made me feel comfortable! Dr. Rob was incredibly kind, thorough, and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I understood every step of the process. I especially want to highlight how amazing Lauren and Natalie were. Lauren, the dental assistant, was absolutely wonderful—so kind, calming, and professional.

She made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. Natalie, the dental hygienist, was equally phenomenal. She was not only gentle and thorough with my cleaning, but also so encouraging and positive. She made what is usually an uncomfortable part of the appointment feel smooth and even enjoyable.

Her friendly and upbeat personality truly brightened my day. This team goes above and beyond in every way, and I’m so thankful to have found them. I first came to Lake Hickory Dental when I thought that I had an infected tooth through a referral. They were able to schedule me almost immediately and was able to get it taken care off. I have since been coming here for my regular cleanings. All of the staff have been extremely welcoming and attentive to any concerns.

I feel like they really care about you and not just another patient. I referred my husband and now he is a patient here as well. I highly recommend Lake Hickory Dental!
