Wonderful dentist and staff! We were provided with exceptional care and my daughter’s nerves were calmed as the doctor explained everything he was doing in a very kid friendly manner. We transferred dental care for all our children here! Definitely recommend to anyone with children!

I took my 4 year old granddaughter In knowing she needed some work done. They were wonderful. They were thorough and professional with the care given. Even more importantly from the moment we walked through the door the receptionist engaged my granddaughter making her feel comfortable. The nurse treated her like I would have, very compassionate.

Dr. Lau explained everything to me from her situation to the possible treatments. He did the work while needed all the while making her feel at ease. He took the time needed to focus on her as a person.

i called as new patients for my three daughters, i had to book out over 6 weeks which is fine. i completed all my paperwork early through the online portal. and i was on the way to my kids cleaning and under 30 min before their scheduled time i get a call to tell me that they dont take my insurance.

it was a complete waste of time and waiting for my kids when they had my information for over 6 weeks and could have easily told me in advance it was very mismanaged.

When you walk in the door you are greeted with a bright and friendly atmosphere. The office is painted in fun, bright colors and is extremely clean and well-designed with children in mind. There is a fun area in the waiting room where the kids can play virtual games such as bowling or soccer. The office staff immediately greeted us with smiles and let my son know all the fun games he can play while we wait. Once in the back, they have TV screens over the dental chairs and let him choose which show he wanted to watch while getting his teeth cleaned. Dr.

Lau demonstrated an awareness of all the sensory stimulation that might make a child feel uncomfortable. He explained very clearly, in child-friendly terms, exactly what he was doing and what his tools were used for. He showed my son the tools and let him know if something was going to be loud or taste funny. I think this is very important for children because discomfort can arise from many sensations, not just pain. I chose this dentist because my son has a pea-sized growth on the underside of his tongue, and Dr. Lau examined it thoroughly and pointed out the characteristics to me.

He went over several options for removal along with the pros, cons, risks, and alternatives for each option. I highly recommend this dentist to any parents as they make the experience of going to the dentist fun and relaxing, and sets the foundation for a lifetime of good habits. I feel lucky that we have this wonderful business right in our community.
