My initial experience was great but quickly went downhill once I realized how this place operates. My future appointments were cancelled because THEY were uncomfortable with my anxiety surrounding the procedure and their inability to complete the work with nitrous. I would not have anxiety surrounding the procedure if it wasnt for the fact that they kept switching my dentist and my appointments around. They called me at 7 am to cancel my same day appointment that i had taken time off for. They shaved down so much of my canine tooth that it now hurts just to rub my tongue across it.

The dentists are nice but i would never let them operate on me again due to their lack of confidence and professionalism. Original post; Firstly, my initial appointment was scheduled for Wednesday but due to a cancellation, they were able to squeeze me in for Tuesday which was a blessing! Upon first arrival, Catherine was working the front desk and was very warm and caring through the whole process, answering my questions in as much detail as possible. The assistant Zamira was lovely and very patient during xrays. Dr. Alamo was thorough in his explanations and came up with a very detailed plan that we both were satisfied with.

I highly recommend them. I will only be going here in the future. They accept medicaid as well.

Patience

Lake Ridge Smiles, inparticular Dr. Lee just completed a 2 hour root canal to a problem tooth on me w only simple Local Anesthesia & I FEEL ASLEEP! Dr. Lee and Asst Mercy did Great!! So gentle and competent. I can't say enough good things. Katherine at the front desk is kind & efficient. Just a Great practice. I havnt met the other 3 Dentist.
