Dr Bic has been my family dentist for 5 years now and she's great! Not only are she and the office staff super nice and always interested in my boring family news, but they also do a great job keeping my teeth beautiful. My favorite part may be the weekend appointment options. I work out of town often, so getting a weekend appointment is critical for me. They never keep me waiting long.

Terrible, Nancy tried scare tactics to get me to pay of pocket for 3 extractions,saying it would take 4 months for county care pre-approval. I have called twice to get copies of the x-rays they took. Today I got into my county care account and found out no pre-approval applications have been filed on my account for last 90 days .

They have my email address and still no x- ray copies. I think something's going on.

We've been there before, and my kids always have good services until today, but because of holidays I can NOT make an appointment also this is an emergency, that's why we walked in today. MARTHA - the receptionist - the rude and unprofessional lady gives my wife an attitude just because she doesn't know English. That receptionist said that they have slots for emergencies.

Then she asked about our kids' information, (Martha - showed her attitude to my wife just because my wife couldn't hear very well English. ). MARTHA - You should be ashamed of yourself!!! English can improve but your personality CAN NOT be changed!!!!

Simply THE BEST!!! I have been going to Lake Shore Dental Care for many years. The entire staff has been consistently kind and personable. Dr. Nancy is simply one of the most caring people I have ever met. She is honest in her assessments and allows me to move at my own comfort level. She always has a kind word. And she remembers personal details about me. Martha (at the front desk) calls me with reminders and updates to appointments and care. She is wonderful!!! I could not think of anyone else to be the welcoming force that she is when you walk into the office.

She is full of warmth and kindness. And Jasmine (dental assistant) is just as kind as Martha and Dr. Nancy. We always have nice conversation during my time with her. She is one of the sweetest human beings ever. She rounds out a team that is professional, caring and personable. I was even there when Dr. Bic was in this office. She was my introduction to the Lake Shore Family.

And I still feel the same for her as I do the others. I write these things because they are simply the truth, as evidenced by the many positive reviews I have read. But, I read a couple of comments in here that just don't add up to what I have consistently witnessed during my years of going to this dental team. My guess is that those who wrote such reviews are people who could never be pleased no matter what you do. But, I tell you, they will be my dental choice until, for whatever reason, it is no longer possible. I hate needles. But I LOVE Lake Shore Dental. Horace
