This office is incredible, especially the dentist we had, Dr. Sonia! It's not easy these days to find a genuinly caring, professional, efficient dentist who you know you can trust. With Dr. Sonia we know 100% she will do a great job. My son is not an easy patient for a four year old.

I tried to find a good dentist, and it was pretty discouraging until I finally found this amazing woman. She's experienced, patient, and thorough. Thank you so much. We are so grateful!

I cannot recommend Dr. Alexandra and her all female team more highly. Her office is the most sophisticated high-tech dental office. I’ve never been in and yet it has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You are immediately put at ease. I have real anxieties surrounding dentists and dental services and so that was very important to me. Every person that you encounter operates at the highest level of professionalism and skill.

Dr. Alexandra is wonderful to sit with you and discuss the various pain management options that are available including addressing levels of anxiety that you may feel. Her assessment is incredibly thorough and transparent. She is gentle, kind, professional and puts her patients comfort and concerns first. I feel very lucky to have found Lakefront Family Dental.

Treatment plans are discussed & designed to meet the urgency of the situation & the patient's comfort. There is no pressure associated with the treatments & options - these are the Dr. 's medical decisions based on circumstances. Cost estimates are discussed & payment transactions, if through Insurance coverage, are processed efficiently. Procedure estimates from Insurance companies are requested & handled in a timely manner.

The patients' comfort during treatment is paramount, with continuous check-ins as to "how are you doing"? Patients leave the office with the reassuring words to call the office with any concerns. Emergencies are accommodated in a very timely manner. Referrals for other expert diagnosis & treatment from other Dental Specialists, are made as necessary without delay.
