We love this place. First time coming here and such a great experience verses our other dentist. Dr patel was very friendly and inviting. She made sure to explain everything and we didn’t feel rushed. Our hygienist Cathel was so friendly and gave great advice and explained everything she was doing.

CURRENT PATIENTS: CHECK YOUR BILLS!!! This place is a SCAM! I had gone back in because they did not line up my filing right and I was in pain. Their mistake to fix. They said my insurance should cover it. It was $30 and some change. I thought, no big deal! That was back in January. Apparently, insurance didn't get back to them to say I was maxed out until September.

They considered that to now be 90 days late. No notice. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. No one notified me and now my $30 bill is over $130!! I offered to pay the original fee explaining that I didn't see it fair since I was never notified to make payment within the 30 days. They refused and sent me to a creditor! RIDICULOUS! This company should be ashamed for stealing people's hard-earned money! Who knows how many more families they have done this to! DEFINITELY STAY AWAY! There are plenty of other dentist offices that are not criminals like this place. Receipts attached showing how they stated insurance didn't get back to them until September and then the statement of a $99 fee starting in September.

UPDATE: To your ridiculous response, the proof is in the pudding darling. I offered to pay what I truly owe and you declined. To clarify, I am not blaming your employees, but how your payment policies are handled so all 7 locations should be liable. But yes, God bless you and your entirely family! :)

Dr shivam Patel and the staff are absolutely amazing! I had a tooth pulled and a root canal immediately following. I had pain like I have ever felt before and EVERYONE went out of their way to help me and to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you for all your amazing efforts.
