Dr. Kella and Nancy were both incredibly kind and easy to talk to. My cleaning went smoothly, and the whole experience was very pleasant. Nancy, the hygienist, was especially warm and comforting—she made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit.

My experience at Lakeshore Dental Studio in Chicago has been nothing short of wonderful. The doctors and the team are truly exceptional—caring, attentive, and always going above and beyond. Nancy, my hygienist, is fantastic. She’s gentle, gives great brushing and flossing tips, and makes each visit feel easy and comfortable—much more so than any office I’ve been to before. The little touches also make a big difference: TVs with Netflix, cozy blankets, warm scented towels—they really think of everything to make you feel at ease.

But what stands out most is their genuine, down-to-earth approach. They talk to you like a friend and truly listen, putting your concerns first. I Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and thoughtful dental team.

Went in yesterday because I was experiencing a great amount of pain in my back tooth. First, I was greeted with Friendly smiles and Patience as I was explaining my issue. Secondly, they took my insurance card immediately, and seen if they could squeeze me in. That morning I had already been denied twice from other dental places that said they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have time to squeeze me in. The staff were more than welcoming, friendly, and very professional! The dental assistant was dental while taking care of me.

The dentist was completely transparent about the situation with my tooth and helped me navigate a better Decision on what to do. All in all, a really great experience. I was looking for a new dentist for my kids and I, and I believe I found it.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received at Lakeshore Dental Studio. This was our first visit, and we chose this clinic because it's close to home and has many outstanding reviews—and now I understand why. The service was exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring.

They took wonderful care of my elderly dad, showing incredible patience and compassion throughout the visit. We’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
