The care I received at my visit was wonderful. Every staff member made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease as I get nervous going to the dentist. I highly recommend Lakeshore Family Dentistry to looking for a new dentist. I needed a deeper clean than normal and typically have a painful time during and after my cleanings.

This cleaning used new technology and a gentle gum treatment that made things very easy and practically painless! I couldn’t believe the hygienist was done! I needed a filling fixed and Dr. Ben and his assistant fixed it quickly and painlessly. The atmosphere of the office and kindness and personality of the staff make appointments at Lakeshore a breeze.

I had a great experience with Dentist Ben who evaluated my needs when I had old fillings and instead of replacing two at one time, he ordered a complimentary x-ray for a better view and decided only one was necessary. It was a wonderful surprise to walk out with so much savings when it would have been easy to just replace what had been on the order without another thought.

He really treated me as an individual case and took the time to evaluate, prepare, and treat me, with excellent results as well.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist! Quick and easy scheduling from the get-go, with convenient text reminders and confirmation. The dental assistant was very friendly, and she made me feel comfortable. The dentist was also so friendly and made me feel at ease.

Kelly my hygienist was fantastic and ensured that my cleaning was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I am so glad I was able to get in for a cleaning and I’ll definitely be back!!!
