Dr. Edward T Cho, is a very friendly and professional dentist who I would highly recommend to anyone. I was very satisfied with the service that I received, on what is now my second visit to the Lakeview Dental Center, Dr. Cho explained everything to me in detail. He is a very honest person with a great attitude, and his office staff is just as wonderful as him.

Good family owned business. Located in downtown Westmont. You can find parking nearby in a public parking lot (small) across the street. Dr Eddie T Cho was very professional in the teeth cleaning, he made sure I didn’t have any cavities. The office was very clean and they’re an honest practice. I would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding service, care, attentiveness, you name it. Hands down the best dentistry experience I've encountered ever. My parents and I all started going to this center. My mother had atrocious dental care options and treatment in her youth, because soviet communist dentistry at the time was borderline butchery. This has left her with issues to deal with and be self conscious throughout all her life. Originally we would go to places that had staff who spoke our native language as is common for immigrants like us. There's one crappy thing in our culture where some think they are making "innocent" jokes or comments directly to her about the state of her teeth. Yet somehow having no clue or desire to know the reasons behind that. Particularly the dental hygienists would make remarks directly to her and do the cleanings in a painful and inconsiderate manner, not considering her gums require more sensitive care. Or perhaps being too incompetent to even comprehend that it's not a cookie cutter procedure no matter how basic it is. Once she discovered this office and gave it a shot, it was night and day she told me.

The fantastic younger Dr, the son, was meticulous and did the cleaning in such a manner where she felt no discomfort. Immediately recognizing what requires more care and what is tender. Then she started having more serious work done and she absolutely loved it. They are humble. Respectful, and you can feel they value you as a person. They don't charge and arm a leg if you don't have dental insurance, and they don't pressure you or falsely intimidate about getting work you might not even need. ( I encountered this personally when I was around 18, at a clinic in Willowbrook where the dentist and all her staff are my countrymen. Several times hey kept intimidating me I have some serious signs of gingivitis and that I have to make appointments for what would have been many hundreds of dollars. I never heard these claims anywhere else, and let's not be so shocked that my gums bleed some after being poked with sharp metal tools for 20 minutes at a cleaning smh). After her visits, both my dad and I immediately started visiting them. My dad received some work he's very satisfied with.

And I became a regular for my cleanings since I was fortunate to only need that in my life at this stage. As my mother always took superb care and attention to my teeth since i was born. Our native country was no longer under communist siege when I was born so luckily the care we receive is actually modern and not barbaric lol. Good old socialism I thoroughly enjoy every cleaning/check up visit of mine and the Dr remembers things about my personal life we talked about months ago. I don't even expect him too, he sees so many people after all others much longer than me. That says a lot about him not just a dentist but as the type of human being he is. I would only recommend them especially if you're on a budget. Not saying I haven't met other dentists great at their craft. But to have this combination of traits of character, knowledge, and accessibility, is definetely a first.
