Dr. Tsen and his staff have repeatedly demonstrated client centered provision of service by going out of their way to make me comfortable with every aspect of dental care that I have received from them. They have been flexible and responsive to dental and medical emergencies. They go out of their way to make themselves available in emergency situations while never denying anyone regularly scheduled their appointments in the course of day to day business.

The services they have provided over the years have been of high quality. Their communication with clients is clear and detailed. I never question what they are doing because they've already explained procedures to me. They go out of their way to make what could be painful processes quite painless.

Anybody fearful of dental care would have their anxiety immediately allayed. They make their money by providing excellent dental services in a personal, holistic, and caring way that forges a great relationship and friendship with their clients. Dr Tsen and the entire staff go above and beyond to provide comfort and care! I used to have a horrible fear of dental visits due to past care but I actually look forward to my appointments now. Dr Tsen is the best dentist I have ever been to, he truly cares about his patients and explains the process to you prior to starting which definitely helps ease any nerves. The entire visit is always a pleasure, the office staff is wonderful and helpful, as soon as you walk in you are always greeted.

Tina is extremely helpful over the phone and in person. Scheduling an appointment is always a breeze! I cant recommend Lakeview Dental enough!

Lakeview dental clinic provides exceptional service. I had some dental work that needed done before I had surgery in May, and they got me booked the next day in a cancelled appointment and were able to complete the work in one day. I had three fillings and a crown that were completed. The office staff is very welcoming and efficient and the dental staff and dentist ensure you are comfortable during the procedures and that you are getting what you need for your best dental health.

I have been a client there for many years and really appreciate the care they have provided. They are up to date in their technology and their dental techniques and continue to excel in their work. They are the best!

I had a wonderful experience at Lakeview Dental. Dr. Tsen was very kind and thorough during the examination, and Kristin did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I'm really glad I found such a great dental clinic after moving to a new town!
