Very happy with this dentist. I have severe dental anxiety and have traditionally had to undergo IV sedation for any procedure. After explaining my situation, their team made a plan to test me out on oral sedation and nitrous (which prior dentists had never tried) for a small cavity and go from there. Three cavities and one crown later and they've been amazing. Dropped it down to just nitrous, and they've NEVER shamed me for freaking out or needing a minute.

Not even so much as a "tsk" noise. Which, after years of dentists not believing me and insisting their superior bedside manner was enough to cure my medical anxiety disorder, has been amazing and refreshing. A+, highly recommend.

Great team, friendly staff. Thorough and nice. Edited to add- just had a same day crown done and it was a really great experience. I was listened to and taken really good care of. I drove in from the suburbs specifically to avoid the wait on a crown and it was completely worth it. I’ve had some traumatic dental experiences and the whole staff took really good care of me.

The team at Lakeview Smiles is so great! Brandon was my Hygienist and Ace was the Assistant - both were so kind and gentle with my incredibly sensitive teeth. And the front desk staff, Jay and Shane, were super on top of everything and extremely helpful with all my questions. And of course, Dr. Raoof is one of my favorite dentists in town. I highly recommend this team!

As a business owner of myself , I usually avoid posting negative reviews, I understand how challenging it can be to run a business and manage a team. However, I feel compelled to share this experience in hopes that it leads to improvement. I recently called this dental office to ask about basic services like teeth cleaning and x-rays. To my surprise, I was met with unnecessary attitude from the front desk staff. It was disappointing, especially as someone who values professionalism and customer service.

I genuinely don’t understand why businesses continue to employ people who clearly don’t reflect the company’s best interests or care about the experience of potential customers. Attitude matters and in this case, it cost you a local customer. I hope this feedback encourages management to reevaluate how customer interactions are handled. First impressions matter, and in this case, it made all the difference.
