I would give higher rating if I could. I went in to get my teeth straightened over 2 years ago and it was a long process so I was in and out of there countless times over that time. The front desk was awesome. My day actually got better after being greeted so warmly walking in there everytime. The orthodontists themselves were always extremely personable during my visits and that made going there something to look forward to.

My teeth are also now perfectly straight so that’s good too! Highly recommend. High, high level place to have work done. Easy 5 star all day long.

I'll start with the staff is really nice and I feel bad leaving this review but I'm so frustrated. I've been a patient for around 10 years, had braces through them twice. my last experience has been awful. I went in because my permanent retainer was bent off on one side, I needed it reglued because my teeth move so fast without it. the lady there just took the whole thing off and didn't put another back on. advised the doctor was not in and I needed another appointment. Well fast forward to now, my teeth have moved, and I need Invisalign. I called them and they set me up an appointment.

did all my x-rays and it was 100$ for office visit. they wanted to charge a lot of money to put the retainer back on but now my teeth need to be put back together in the first place. they won't do a payment plan and want money asap for Invisalign even though I'm a loyal customer who has payed all my dues on time. I was on hold twice for 20 min each time. and they sounded so annoyed with me. this is their fault. they took off a permanent container and MY teeth moved within days. and now won't cover anything or even allow a payment plan? the doctor took weeks to even get back to me.

I'm so sad and upset. this place clearly cares about money and not the patients. I shouldn't even have to pay for this since I didn't want the nurse to take off my retainer. no help. I don't know if there's new management, but something is off in there.

After calling at LEAST 6 or 7 orthodontists in the area, Lakeville Orthodontics was the only one who performed retainer removal on non patients and were willing to put new ones on if I wanted. They were able to even get me in same day which I was so thankful for because the wire had been poking out and hurting me! Periche, the who performed my removal, was so kind and sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Front desk was amazing as well! Bonus that they have snacks on your way out too ;) If I ever need any orthodontist care in the future, this is where I’ll be!

Our oldest son just got his braces on and they came home raving about the costumer service and how their experience was. The nurses and orthodontist were outstanding at making my son comfortable and welcoming.

It isn’t always easy going to the orthodontist or the dentist this was the best experience they have ever had. They also create motivations for them to continue to take care of their braces and teeth! Thank you! ❤️
