The staff is extremely inviting! My son and I both have our teeth being worked on. The staff is beyond considerate with working with kids and adults.

I thought it was going to be difficult with my work schedule and brace refitting appointments but they are alway trying to make it work out and it always has! I would always recommend anyone here. They do put a smile on your face even while you have braces on! Very professional staff throughout the team!

Lakeville Orthodontics always does a great job getting my daughter in on time and with no hassles. From the time she checks in to the time she checks out everything is streamlined and easy. The waiting area is comfortable and spacey with enough small child entertainment that it keeps my 3 year old twins occupied while we wait.

After her appointment the staff always lets me know what was done and what should be done on the next visit so I always feel in the know. I would recommend them to anybody!

Not only were staff inviting and kind, they educated her on the process and gave her positive praise when she initiated questions. They even sent her home with a fun little gift when we left. We had a great experience at Lakeville Orthodontics. Both of our sons had an initial exam and the woman who walked us through the exam process, took x-rays, gave us a tour and explained our financial options was fantastic. Dr. Sedivy was also wonderful.

She put both of my sons at ease during their exam and when talking about recommendations for each. Every staff member we encountered greeted us and pointed out the games to occupy the kids and the beverage station for parents. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - really took away any stress the kids may have been feeling.
