I have been coming to this dentist for years. Every time I come in, the customer service is excellent, the patient care is excellent, and the communication is excellent. Today, I got my filling done and my chipped tooth fixed, which has been broken my entire life well since my adult teeth came in. To say that Doctor LUZ restored my smile is an understatement.

I love this dentist. Thank you, guys, for always taking great care of me.

When I walked in, I was not greeted in any way. I stood at the counter for several minutes with 2 people NOT on the phone, and no one said a word. Finally someone addressed me, asked for my id and insurance card. I tried to hand it to them, again ignored. Finally the second person took it, I filled out the forms in a seat. Took it back up, again, ignored.

I put it on the counter, and walked away, only for them to call me immediately back up to get my id. The dental assistant was wonderful. The dentist kept me waiting for 45 minutes. Not exactly a stellar first experience.

I got there before they opened and they kindly let me in early. After that, I might have had a 5-minute wait tops. The staff were friendly & professional. I've worked hard to overcome my dental phobia which is due to a mean dentist drilling on me when I wasn't numb as a teenager. Everyone here made me feel comfortable and relaxed. X-rays were very easy and quick.

I saw the dentist pretty quickly. Dr Williamson I think. She spent plenty of time with me, doing the exam, going over my care plan and pre-authorizations needed etc. I really like this place. And I found out that with the shortage of dental hygienists statewide, the dentist at this office are actually doing the cleaning and deep cleanings! A lot of other offices are not taking new patients due to the dental hygienist shortage. But Lakewood is accepting new patients!

My first appointment today and I was late because I got lost lol….but they were completely understanding and I still saw the dentist. Great people and atmosphere! The dentist is a woman and very nice. I’m so glad I found this place!!
