Easy to get to. Right off Country Club near Jonestown Rd. The waiting room is very nice and clean. The check-in staff are ok. I wouldn't say they were welcoming or friendly. My daughter had to wait an extra 15 minutes past her scheduled appointment time to be called back for her cleaning.

Thankfully I only had to wait 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The dental staff in the back, to clean our teeth and take xrays and etc, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'm not a fan of the chairs that massage you while getting your teeth cleaned. Next time I'll request them to not turn on the massage button.

Alex at the front desk has been incredibly helpful, kind, and caring throughout the entire process. Even before my Nana's consultation appointment, Alex was so thoughtful and patient over the phone, answering our questions and ensuring everything was arranged smoothly. She follows through on what she says she will do — and does so promptly.

Alex truly embodies what it means to be a caring and professional front desk medical office assistant. Her kindness and helpfulness made a big difference for both my Nana and me. Thank you, Alex, for your outstanding service! During the visit, Dr. Geunes took the time to answer my Nana's questions without rushing and explained everything in detail.

He explored different options that could help her dental situation, which gave us both peace of mind. His thoughtful approach and clear communication made a big difference.

I always have the best experience when I go to this office. The manager, Sermarie takes great care of helping me with my appointments. The front desk staff is top notch. They always have a smile on their face no matter how busy it is at the desk with all the patients.

I love Dr. Ticlavilca as she is very thorough to make sure my teeth are well cared for. And last but not least, my hygienist, Vickie is awesome at getting all my tea stains off my teeth. Love this office!
