I can't say enough great things about this new office, my hygienist, Crystal, and the entire staff. The new building is state-of-the-art & beautiful. Well worth the wait to finally open! Crystal has been my #1 hygienist for years now and I can't sing her praises enough. She takes the anxiety out of going to the dentist and she's great at her job.

For me, that's very important and I'm glad I can always count on seeing her! The staff, as a whole, has also been very friendly & professional. From the dentists to the support staff, everyone makes the dental visit as pleasant & calming as possible. I highly recommend this location of Lane & Assoc. !!

Kind staff, good hygenist, but they will rip you off at any opportunity. You really have to be careful and watch what they do because they will try to do procedures that your insurance doesn't cover. I stated that I only wanted basic and preventative care because that's what my insurance covers, but ended up with a huge bill for services I didn't need. They can be dishonest with patients and try to charge for services that aren't necessary, or make referrals to their own specialists who will try to treat you for issues that you don't even have.

Dishonest practice focused on scamming people for money. I won't be coming back here.

Not sure how they have so many reviews saying how great they are when my experience was the complete opposite. I came to this location because it is closer to home compared to my regular office but after today, I’m not coming back. Arrived 10 minutes early as they advised to respect their time hoping they’d do the same to me only to be waiting 15+ minutes after my scheduled appointment. Went up to the front desk to ask why I’m still waiting. She goes to the back to check and bam next thing you know I get called back. The person who took me back was not friendly. Didn’t introduce herself at all.

Says she’s going to take my blood pressure, puts the machine on my wrist and leaves. Then someone else comes in and removes the blood pressure machine and just starts opening everything without introducing herself. So now I’ve interacted with two people who I have no idea who they are or what their titles are. She starts to work on my teeth and the dentist comes in not even two minutes later. Not sure if this is new or what but I’ve never had a dentist come do their part right in the middle of the cleaning. The appointment felt rushed and I learned nothing about my dental health. Typically, the Raleigh office tells me what to work on and what they notice in my visit.

Awkward silence during this whole visit. I understand it’s the dentist so you can’t do much talking but even the employees there didn’t make the setting feel welcoming. The only friendly person I interacted with this whole visit was the front desk lady. Again, not sure where all these reviews came from but after today’s interaction, hard to believe they are actually real patient reviews. Don’t recommend and will make sure to let my friends and family know not to come to this location unless they want to wait all morning for their appointment and want awkward silence.

So happy with my teeth cleaning by Crystal Jackson. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. My wait time is usually under 7 minutes (so unusual in healthcare), and all the staff are very friendly. The dentists are reasonable and kind. So grateful for their new office.
