It took me years to come back to the dentist. I had a traumatic experience with another dentist that scarred me horribly. The staff from the receptionist to the dentist were awesome!! They made me feel safe and comfortable. The only regret I have is not coming to Lane and Associates sooner. I recommend them to everyone.

DO NOT GO HERE - the doctor told me that I had three cavities, and as someone who has never had a cavity before, I got a second opinion. Guess what? No cavities! At best, the doctor was trying to make me get painful and expensive procedures that I don't need, and at worst, attempting to commit insurance fraud. What's more, they pressured me to make a follow-up for the fillings that I didn't need and scheduled me without my consent - I had to cancel the appointment later after telling them again that I wasn't even supposed to be scheduled.

Besides that, this is not the place to go for anyone with dental anxiety or sensitive teeth/gums. The hygienist was the opposite of gentle, and my mouth was sore for days. All in all, I felt like this place was a money-grab and doesn't care at all about their patients.

I fully recommend Gentle Family Dentistry in Wake Forest. They are amazing and personal, and I'll never go anywhere else after going to them - I certainly will never come back to Lane & Associates.
