This is my review of my first visit to the Lane Center for Advanced Dentistry: It has been a very long time since I have seen the dentist - I'm 28 years old and I think the last time I visited a dentist was when I was a teenager (around the time I had orthodontic work done). I started to experience some sensitivity with my teeth and worried it might be a major issue, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lane's team (I was referred to him by my primary care physician). When I made the appointment over the phone, Christy greeted me with a warm welcome and took all of my information down and scheduled me. She was super friendly and her warm personality showed through her voice. She made sure to confirm all of my information and provide me with instructions on what to bring with me and how to get to the Center. She even walked me through how to access the Patient Forms on the website and fill them out! A week later, she called me the day before my appointment to remind me and make sure I was still good to go. When I arrived for my appointment, I felt the parking lot was a bit small and could be an issue.

Luckily, I was one of the first ones who arrived in the morning and was able to find a spot. When I walked in, I was totally surprised and blown away by the facility. Absolutely beautiful - I felt like I was at a spa, honestly! I took a seat and Christy noticed me and she greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. She took my paperwork and asked me to have a seat, assuring me that someone would be with me shortly (I had arrived early just in case!). Within minutes, a dental hygienist named Jeanne took me back to the exam area and situated me. She was warm and friendly from start to finish! She THOROUGHLY explained everything she was going to do before doing it which helped me prepare for each step of the visit. She quickly prepared my x-rays and periodontal charts before cleaning and polishing each of my teeth and gums with great care and ensuring their was no "residue" left behind. When she finished with everything, Dr.

Lane came by and quickly reviewed my teeth before moving on to his next case (there were no issues with my teeth so I understand his quick visit with me!). Jeanne made sure to review follow up care with me before I left the office. She scheduled me for my 6-month visit and kindly guided me out to the waiting area, where she followed up with Christy regarding my insurance/deductible. Christy gave me the OK, said I was good to go, and mentioned how nice it was to meet me. I have never been a fan of the dentist's office but now I am! Definitely not like the days of being a kid and going to the dentist. I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend Dr. Lane and his wonderful team and I will be sure to refer all of my friends to the Lane Center for Advanced Dentistry. Thank you for making my first visit a pleasant one and I'll be sure to return!

I love Dr Lane and his staff! Had 3 teeth worked on today. Felt no pain or discomfort even when the novacain went in. And the novacain wore off very quickly after the procedures. No numb, tingling lip all night.

I asked him during the visit if there was anything we could do to fix a tooth of mine that was uneven with the rest. I thought we could do it at the next visit. He surprised me while he was fixing the other teeth and bonded that one right then and there. Looks great!! I am greatful for him and his staff!
