I’ve been taking my daughter to this place for almost 2 years now. The doctor is good and most of the staff is fine, but the lady from scheduling is very rude and gives you attitude. Today we were scheduled to remove her braces for one of my daughters and also to consult the other one and get her braces on eventually. We’ve got there 15 min later and the lady from scheduling was very rude, I apologized and asked nicely if they can do anything about her braces and remove them, because she already had them for so long, but her answer was no, I asked again if they cannot cancel my other daughter’s appointment, and again her answer was a straight no, not even checking with the doctor anything.

She told me that I have to do a new appointment for it, which is over 3 weeks only and was rude about it. I know that I was late, but she should have shown a little more empathy. Having the braces on for 2 years is not easy for any teenager and when the day comes to remove them is an exciting day and long awaited day for everyone. She was rude about it, since I stepped in the door I saw the rudeness and her attitude.

She gave me an attitude all the time. I will not go there anymore for my other children. I cannot wait for her to get her braces removed and not have to go there anymore and have to deal with rude and unprofessional behavior.

We our on the 4th family member to have braces here. Our last was the most apprehensive about her braces but commented how nice everyone was the day she came in. We love this office and the staff. Everyone is very friendly, communication is great. Super responsive when we have had any issues. We have been pleased with the treatment results. Highly recommend- thank you to everyone at Langford.
