I drive almost 30 minutes each way for my dental appointments here, and it is well worth the drive! My experience is always great; my wife and young kids come to Dr. Bing Javier as well. They are absolutely fantastic, and my dental hygienists are always so nice and kind and super friendly too. I've never have any issues, and they are so accommodating.

I recently moved to the area and went to this dental office to book an appointment for a regular teeth cleaning. After completing the necessary paperwork, I was informed there were no available appointments until April, unless someone canceled. A few days later, I received a call from the office offering an earlier appointment on January 3, which I accepted. However, a few hours later, the same person called back to inform me that Dr. Juliana Sagor decided the clinic would no longer provide services to me and advised me to find another dental clinic.

I suspect this decision stems from a previous interaction with Dr. Sagor two years ago when she was working at Carp Dental. During a dental bridge procedure, I expressed dissatisfaction, stating the crowns didn’t fit well and made my teeth look unnatural. I felt my concerns weren’t taken seriously at the time, even though I was paying for the treatment and would be the one living with the results. Now, in 2025, Dr.

Sagor is working at Lansdale Dental Arts, and I believe I’ve been “blacklisted” as a patient due to my earlier complaints. This experience has left me feeling mistreated and discriminated against. Patients should not be penalized for voicing legitimate concerns about their care. I believe this practice’s handling of the situation reflects poorly on its commitment to professionalism and fairness.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Javier's practice for a number of years. Dr. Javier and his staff are very friendly and personable. The care we have received has been excellent. Cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc. all done with skill and efficiency.
