Walking in and knowing that we had a very crowded/complex case, I really appreciate how forthright and also kind Dr. Katie has been. She is patient, warm, and I really feel like I know what to expect with each phase of our treatment. I have been delighted with the results for my eldest daughter, and while we are not done - I see the path. I enjoy the staff and the experience. I appreciate the payment plans and understanding what to expect. I have a younger daughter who will also need treatment, and we will only come to Larson.

The photos attached are part of our work-in-progress. My daughter is thrilled. Update 2024: Phase 1 is complete and the results speak for themselves. Thank you Dr. Katie and Dr. Matt!

My daughter and I went together for a consultation. . . I was the one who left with needing braces, haha! To save money and time, they advised us to wait another year for my daughter. I appreciate the honesty and the fact that they weren't just out to take my money. When I was a kid, I went to another well known place in town and things weren't done properly.

I now have braces as an adult again but went with Larson this time. So far, I have experienced nothing but support and positivity. They explain things and make you feel comfortable. The staff has been wonderful and kind. One of them even remembered I was having family pictures the day after getting my bands changed. She suggested a few "colors" that would look nice to help hide my braces a bit more.

She also totally surprised me and brought me her favorite setting spray so I would feel pretty with my brace face smile. It's not always an easy feeling to have braces as an adult but she went out of her way to make me feel pretty on a day I was worried about looking silly. I feel like they care about me and take the time to get to know me. Anyways, highly recommend!

Dr. Katie is fantastic! I've been in many orthodontics' offices and this one is so out of the ordinary (in a great way)! Their new building allows for a cozy and amazing experience. 10/10 recommend!

Update. After the last time she went in the shortened a wire as we where told they had it attached to more teeth then normal. So far so good. And to be fair they did make things right even after much trouble. To their reply. This isn't my real last name. But she has called on all these issues. So if they aren't in your system then someone isn't documenting them. But I did increase the rating as they did fix it again at no cost this last time.

My wife's braces have been a big headache from the start. And in the end they gave her a permanent wire which was never talked about in the end. And on that they used so much adhesive. And chipped a took once as well. They claimed it wasn't a chip. But the our dentist sure noticed it. Our dentist also cleaned up the adhesive so she could floss. I'm glad most people are happy here, but you can't win them all.
