I took my 1 week old baby to get her Tongue tie released. While we were there we were able to talk to Dr. Gep, who explained the procedure and answered any questions we had. She was very professional and empathetic. The tongue tie release went really well and it healed nicely.

It was also great having Helen (the lactation consultant) there to address any questions or issues we had regarding breastfeeding. Overall great experience with everybody we interacted with. I highly recommend this clinic.

My wife and I recently visited Dr Emily at her Markham clinic and were very pleased with our experience. Dr Emily and her Lactation Consultant took their time assessing our son and discussing with us their recommendations. Procedure was done same day as consultation and was fast while providing the utmost care for our child. Great practice and great staff - highly recommend.

Dr Emily was absolutely incredible with our 3 month old daughter. She was warm knowledgeable and decisive when it came to helping us make a decision on how to manage our daughters Tongue tie and the after care process. Grateful to have had the access to such an amazing specialist. Our daughter was thriving within days after the procedure and we are forever grateful.

Dr Emily is great. She patiently answered all the concerns I have. I was really debating whether I should do the release for my 2 months old because I wear afraid to deal with the healing and the post release exercise. Dr Emily made sure I did it correctly and followed up with my baby to ensure the heal was fine. I also enjoyed to work with their lactation consultant Marta.

Unlike other' clinic's LC, that I felt pressure or like I don't know anything. Marta really listened and provided advises based on my situation. Also, their customer service is great. I emailed them questions on late night and I didn't expect them to reply on the same night but they did.
