I had 3 promotional fliers sent to my home, so I thought I'd try them out for my 2nd cleaning of the year as a new patient. You can imagine my surprise when my insurance told me I owe them $304 after a regular cleaning. The oral exam was $157 and the prophylaxis cleaning was $143; both covered. They asked me to call my previous dentist for the x-rays I had taken in April 2024.

I forwarded the x-rays to this office but I was charged $104 for a radiographic image that they didn't take. $200 for a 3D facial scan for Invisalign aligners I did not ask for and no one explained. I have submitted a grievance to my dental insurance company about my experience after calling the office today about these charges.

Very Pleased with the ongoing treatment. Entered in a state of despair about my dental health but now feel optimistic. The staff has been very personable and friendly from the very start, as if I had known them for years.

Dr. Laura has been given a gift in the performance of her craft, and has very effective teamwork with her dental assistant, this has made the treatments both comfortable and expedient.
