I was a new patient but am looking for another dentist because I wasn't even seen by Dr. Balu. My appointment was for 1:30 but I was told to arrive at 1:00 to fill out paperwork. I did but ended up waiting till it was almost 2 with no sign of the doctor. .

There was no explanation or apology. I decided to leave. As I read the reviews, I think it was in my best interest. My time is as valuable as anyone else's.

I went to this Dentist and I had previously had a root canal which was fine and didnt need any attention. He convinced me since its a root canal that it could crack while biting down since a root canal is a dead tooth. So, he asked if id like to get a crown for $500 I agreed he filed my tooth down chipped my other tooth in doing so. Went on to install the WORST temporary crown ive ever seen it was crooked and CHIPPED i had to go on a vacation looking like this!! Mind you this was in the FRONT of my mouth! Had this in my mouth for 4 week's.

When the day came for the permanent crown he takes me to the room and i sit there waiting for him to come back in and start the process. He comes in and im thinking hes just looking at the tooth to see what he has to do he gets an instrument and starts removing my temporary crown and pulling at my tooth chipping pieces off with NO NUMBING! I yelled that it hurt then he stops and says oh if you need to be numbed ill numb you. I came out of there with a tooth bigger than the rest! yellow not matching my teeth and now my bite is off and its a mess i went to another dentist to fix the mess he made and he wont release my records . I let him keep $250 but i canceled the second payment.

The lady who answers his phone and works at the desk argued with me about my check and was very rude telling me she doesnt know if my tooth is messed up. or not because she didnt see it! Just rude and disrespectful! Its illegal to withhold my records. Also when the checked my teeth they said they found everything to be good but my new dentist found a chip on my back tooth. I wouldn't take my dog or pet snake here! Horrible experience! Now i have to pay alot of money out to fix the damage! I wondered if he was even a REAL DENTIST!! STAY AWAY!!

The worst dentist you could possibly ever see. Do NOT I repeat Do Not go here. I had two small cavities that he drilled so far out that they both became root canals within weeks. He destroyed my bite. Had an excuse every time I went there. I was in pain after both cavities were filled. I went to him 10 times for 2 teeth. 10 TIMES. I spent thousands of dollars.

I went and saw another dentist and had to have the root canal pulled. Now I have to pay thousands for implants. Truly a horrible experience. I’m still dealing with the problems and repercussions today because my bite is bad and I have to fork over thousands more for implants from his incredibly awful work. I am an very honest person and this man is a crook. He has cost me 10 thousand dollars from two small cavities. I have written reviews before and they somehow get taken down.

By far the best dentist work I've had since living here in PA since 2015, but keep in mind I have medicaid. . . they are the only ones who didn't treat me like I was less just because I can't afford expensive insurance. I have gotten work done 2x at Norwin Dental and have had issues both times, simple procedures, fillings, i am now left with only being able to chew on one side because of it.

Dr. Balu has helped save a tooth others only wanted or recommended extraction. Also, they always have helped my husband who works and can't always make normal visits whenever he has experienced pain, always work him in asap or provide treatment until they can. Highly recommend.
