I've been to several dentists and Dr. Phoenix is leaps and bounds above them all. She's compassionate, understanding and patient. Her prices are reasonable and she doesn't try to push unnecessary treatments on you. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Phoenix is my first dentist since retiring and moving from Southern Illinois. I always read reviews before finding a new service and I was pleased with what I read. I have now been going to Dr. Phoenix since last year when she extracted two teeth which were giving me problems. I knew then that it was only a matter of time before my remaining teeth would have to be removed. I find Dr. Phoenix to be thorough and professional and explains the procedures extremely well.

In the past three weeks I have had my remaining teeth removed. I am now waiting for my first set of dentures. I have recently read some reviews which have maligned Dr. Phoenix's practice and premises. Lavender Rose is a one woman operation which is clean, professional and managed very well by Dr. Phoenix. The premises are in the middle of a remodel but, even though there is evidence of the work in progress, the office and surgery are still kept in a very hygienic condition.

I called Lavender Rose Dental due to being worried about some pain that I was having near a molar. Dr. Pheonix was able to get me in within the week. I was so relieved to not have as big of an issue as I had thought with my molar, and was pleasantly surprised that she was able to get a cleaning done for me while I was there. I was so pleased with her perfect blend of professionalism and down to earth friendliness, that I made an appointment for my seven year old son for the following week (he was due this month for his cleaning anyways. ) My son was so nervous to switch dentists, but has been talking all evening after leaving her office about how nice and great his new dentist, Dr.

Pheonix, is. We feel so blessed to have stumbled upon Lavender Rose Dental and plan to be happy, smiling patients for years to come! I would recommend Dr. Pheonix to anyone. Extra bonus greatness is that she is super affordable for patients not using dental insurance.
