I called this office as an emergency dental call regarding my son who just began experiencing tooth pain. The office closes at 3pm. I called at 1:10 pm. It would take under 10 mins to get to the office. I could hear the doctor say we accept the insurance but we are leaving at 2:15p today. I work with disabled clients.

If an emergent matter occurred and I could help, I would. I understand that celebrating the weekend of 4th of July is important. However, doing what you can to help someone in need makes a world of difference. I will not patronize this business in the future.

Dr. Klein is excellent. He offered to help me with some Aetna issues and he fit me into his schedule right away. He was able to buff out some staining during my cleaning and my teeth look great. He mentioned he doesn’t read online reviews but in case he sees this- a big thank you to you and your staff!

I am so my wife found Dr. Klein and change my insurance to him. I have gone to him at least four times and consistently, I am in the chair give or take 10 minutes from my appointment time. A few weeks ago I received a call from his assistance stating that they are running behind and to come a little later. I have never had an office call me in advance to tell me that they are running behind.

I usually hear that when I am already waiting. He is thorough and has done great work in restoring my teeth. His practice is run efficiently and effectively.

I haven’t been to a dentist in 8 years- not only did his staff not judge me- they just wanted to help and were so nice. They were great with scheduling! Very quick and easy to schedule. Also during my cleaning and molding they were amazing at informing me what was happening during the whole process.

It’s a big deal for a dentist to make you feel comfortable and to find one that understands that is amazing. I am grateful to have found this office and Dr Klein- and look forward to working with him in the future!
