This place is awful just the customer service and everything terrible! Workers are super racist. As I was sitting in the waiting room I wanted to ask the doctor about something but she told me to shut up! Excuse me!? Started asking me where I was from probably to be racist and make fun of me. I also heard the workers talking GARBAGE behind my back! Omg this place is just terrible! but then telling us to shut up is not cool.

Don't come here ever please.

They changed management sometime in late 2021/early 2022 and now are a different business than before. However, I wouldn't recommend coming here. When I tried to make my first appt, I was told they would check my insurance and get back to me about whether they accept it. They are listed on Dental Dental's website, so this was weird, but I understand. Unfortunately, they never followed up with me. They also told me I would receive a text to fill out some paperwork before my appt to save time, and I never did. When I arrived for my appointment to get my teeth cleaned, I was taken for a gamut of tests that ran $655 (!!). Luckily my insurance covered that but it seemed much more than I had ever gotten in the past.

They told me I would have to pay a copay but backed off after I said my previous dentist didn't charge me anything. Then when the doctor came in, he didn't introduce himself and started looking at my x-rays and scans and writing up a treatment plan without explaining anything to me. I had to ask him to walk me through it. The cleaning itself seemed fine. Part of that plan was me asking about wisdom teeth removal. He told me it could be done in house with local anesthesia. About 1. 5 months later, I booked another appt.

They confirmed my appointment and even called me to confirm it the day before, all seemed good. However, they called me again ~30-45min before my appointment on the day of, telling me they don't do wisdom teeth removal and would have to give me a referral to get it done elsewhere. Why did they wait so long to cancel my appointment when I could have been told this at my previous appointment? Poor service. As a side note, they say they offer text messaging to make appointments but they do not. I tried texting, they called me - I did not want to call, that was the whole point! And then two days later they texted me back asking me to call them. It seems they do not have a way to keep track of communications with patients.

Just left from an awful experience. The lady with the two piercings in her face and her hair covered is the most meanest, nastiest, unprofessional person ever. Long story short we got into an argument about her having an attitude with me. I started recording to show it to her office manager turns out she was a manager. Yea maybe I shouldn’t have record her but she was being crazy and delusional. She has no idea how to be polite or customer service oriented. She supposedly called the cops on me to scared me I believe. Yup won’t be going back.

I feel bad about doing this review because another manager reached out to me apologizing when it wasn’t her fault. She was sweet and nice. This review is only towards that unhappy lady. The rest of the staff is good. I wouldn’t interact with her if you go in there. She will get mad at you if you ask questions or she will ask you to leave and call the “cops” on you.
