Our experienced dental professionals are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality care.
I had a broken filling and came here based on the positive reviews. Perhaps the dentist is fine, but I wouldn't know because the office staff are incompetent. The dentist examined me as a new patient to give me a dental plan, which is fine, but it included the broken filling that I gave as the reason for coming in! After all that, she apparently didn't have time to fix it because her staff didn't schedule my appointment properly, so I had to make a second appointment. Why should I waste my time coming in again when I clearly explained the reason for my original visit? I decided to find a new dentist and requested copies of the X-rays they took.
I had to follow up THREE times with NO response, only for someone to finally call back and confirm they sent them. TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. So, they don't bother to confirm with me directly and then just send patient medical records to someone else. And all the person on the phone can say is 'sorry.
' In case you're not aware, this is a violation of patient privacy rights and all they can say is sorry. What a joke. I don't know why but medical professionals often fail to understand the quality of their office personnel is as important as the care patients receive.

UPDATE:Thank you for responding, but I’d like to clarify a few important points for transparency—especially since your reply contains misleading statements about the outcome of my case. First, my small claims case was not dismissed due to lack of merit or evidence. It was dismissed solely because I did not have a signed affidavit from a dental expert—a legal technicality that unfortunately prevented the court from proceeding, even though I provided photographic evidence, receipts, and a detailed timeline of events. This distinction matters, especially when you publicly suggest the court “found no merit. ” That is inaccurate. Second, I am fully aware that retainers are not meant to move teeth. However, in my case, the retainers I received did not fit properly. A visible gap between the retainer and my right front tooth could be felt with my tongue and seen in the mirror. Within days of wearing them, my front teeth visibly shifted. I reported this immediately and provided before-and-after photos taken just weeks apart—clearly showing the difference. My concerns were dismissed without additional evaluation, and I was told there was “no way” the retainers could be the cause—despite the fact that no scans, X-rays, or records were taken prior to the mold to support that claim. Third, the statement that my experience was “reviewed through legal and clinical channels” is misleading. No dental investigation has been shared with me, and no clinical re-evaluation of the product was ever conducted in my presence.
A proper review would have included follow-up diagnostics and accountability, neither of which occurred. I paid over $2,000 for corrective treatment to fix the damage. I also filed a formal complaint with the Georgia Dental Board and the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, which are still under review. This review is not about defaming your office—it is about sharing a real experience that others can learn from, especially patients who may not have access to legal support or expensive expert witnesses. Patients deserve to be taken seriously, not just when it’s convenient, but especially when something goes wrong. ORIGINAL REVIEW ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I normally don’t post reviews like this, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience with Le Dentistry & Associates so that others can make informed decisions. In June 2024, I scheduled an appointment with them to get replacement retainers after losing the ones I’d had since finishing braces in 2017. I wanted to prevent my teeth from shifting, so I acted quickly and paid $300 out of pocket. At my initial appointment, I was seen for less than a minute. No X-rays, scans, or discussion of potential issues. My teeth were molded, and I left. About two and a half weeks later, I was fitted with the retainers. Within 48 hours of wearing them, my front teeth began to shift out of place.
I was extremely alarmed. I immediately scheduled a follow-up visit and brought in before-and-after photos clearly showing the change. Instead of investigating, I was told that the retainers couldn’t be the cause—even though no one had taken any clinical images, scans, or records of my teeth before giving them to me. My concerns were dismissed. No solutions were offered. I had no choice but to pay over $2,000 to a different provider for new orthodontic treatment to correct the damage. In total, I lost over $4,700 between my original ortho costs and the damage caused by these retainers. I even filed a formal complaint with the Georgia Dental Board and the Attorney General’s office. This experience caused emotional and financial stress—and what hurts most is how easily it could have been prevented. I’m sharing my story not out of spite, but so others know what to look out for. Everyone deserves to be taken seriously when they’re advocating for their health—no matter their education or background.
