It just doesn't get any better than this. Office is spotless, staff are warm and professional and Dr. Bast is a skilled and talented oral surgeon. The wisdom tooth extraction he performed was quick and painless. He took the time to explain the procedure and any post-op needs. I experienced minimal bleeding, minimal swelling, minimal recovery time.

I solemnly swear that Leading Edge is the place to go to for your Oral Surgery needs. . . and that's the tooth, the whole tooth and nothing but the tooth.

Dr Park and his staff were outstanding. I am extremely nervous and always extremely apprehensive about any dental work.. Dr Park and the dental assistant put me at ease and explained everything concerning my extraction.. I highly recommend them!!

Best dental experience ever. Bad toothache, needed an extraction, followed by anxiety attack at my regular dentist and had to stop the procedure. Called oral surgeon immediately and call was taken by Josselyn. The kindness and empathy she showed me in time of pain and her ability to get me in STAT was amazing. The procedure, done by Dr Park, could not have gone any better.

No pain, under 5 minutes and minor bleeding. Especially important when you have gag reflex. Follow up was not only timely, but went above and beyond helping me with additional questions and contacts needed. I highly recommend their service and rate them a 5 out of 5. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT LEADING EDGE Oral Surgery IN SAYVILLE!!!!!!

My daughter saw Dr. Bast for an extraction. . . she was super nervous, he put her at ease, his bedside manner is what makes him such a special doctor. He really cares. I have been a patient and have known him for over 25 years. I would trust no one else with my most precious accomplishment. . . my daughter. He and his staff are kind and reassuring. . . ive had 13 implants placed by Dr Bast. . .

he is the BEST!!!!! I have recommended him to several friends and family memebers. . . they all feel the same. One time i brought my 80 year old mother in law. . . who was a tough cookie. . . . she hugged him at the end of the appointment. . . . . always in good hands!!!!!
