I called and asked if they could possibly see me because I have broken a molar and need it fixed. Believe it or not I have never been to a dentist and was super nervous and had no idea what to expect. Because I had never been to a dentist they said it would be best to have a cleaning and x-rays done first and assess the situation. I told my hygienist I was nervous and it was my very first time and she made me so at ease. She told me everything she was doing and explained it all to me step by step as she did my x-rays and cleaning. Dr.

Shelburne came in after and was very polite and professional, did a quick exam and said what needed to be done. The hygienist explained to me everything that would happen at a later appointment before I left and I felt so relieved that it went so smoothly. I honestly give all the credit to that wonderful woman who put my mind at ease through the entire process. Thank you so much! You have no idea how much I appreciate it! Great experience.

I went in for two fillings this week, something that I am definitely not used to. I moved here a little over a year ago and back in CT I had my teeth worked on one at a time. This time around I didn't really know what to expect, as I only had a cleaning, so far. Well I was a bit surprised having two teeth worked on at once, but I am glad that I did. (Not at first mind you because I hate getting novacaine. ) The dentist took pictures of before, during and after.

I asked to see the pictures and his assistant gladly showed me. They came out GREAT! My mouth felt great after the novacaine wire off. (No issues at all since Monday and it's now Thurs. ) The receptionist looked up some information for me and had it all ready for me by the time I was done. I am very happy I had my dental work done here. 😊

Been trying to get an appointment here for years. In 2.5 years, they’ve never been able to set me an appointment. They always tell me they’re only taking appointments for cleanings.

Very nice staff, dental assistant, and dentist, but can't get any other type of appointment besides a cleaning. For the past year, I've tried getting other issues taken care of like veneers or just getting all of my own teeth filed down so they're all one size.
