I have had issues all my life with dentists who were unable to get me numb enough to perform invasive work. I came across an article in a magazine about sedation dentistry and Dr. Lee's name was on the list. Ten years ago I walked into his office with some serious work to be done and I've been an extremely satisfied patient ever since! Dr. Lee has a great "chairside" manner and he really puts you at ease as he does what needs to be done.

His staff is very professional and courteous. This is literally the first time in my life where I don't dread making the visit to the office. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lee and his staff for your dental needs and care!

It seems that people only write a review when they've had a bad experience, but that is not our case. We were referred to Dr. Lichtenstein by our pediatric dentist in Manasquan and couldn't be happier with the outcome of our son's procedure. So much so, that I'm having the Dr. do some much needed dental repair work for me. When my son's dentist told us our son needed to have 12 "surfaces" (cavities mostly) repaired we were in shock. Our first thought was our eight year old having to go to the dentist eight or nine times and sit still and endure work being done in his mouth. We decided to meet with Dr. L. after looking him up and reading about his 30 years of hospital and outpatient experience in NY and NJ.

We would have had to travel to NYC or Philly to find someone with comparable credentials. Priority one for the Dr. and his team was that our son have a positive experience. That put us and my son at ease immediately. Dr. L. made it really fun for our son and simple for us all. He explained in detail what was going on with our son's teeth and what he could do to correct it. He spent a long time with my husband and I, reviewing everything in detail. Everything.

The day of our son's procedure, everything went very smoothly and we couldn't be happier about the service we received from Dr. Lichtenstein and his crew. Really really pleased. As a mother of five, I am so grateful to Dr. L. and his team. Thank you.

Nothing but the best at this office! The entire staff takes such wonderful care of their patients, from the front desk to the doctor himself. I have had horrible experiences at different dentists for years and I needed a TON of restorative work done on my teeth (several root canals and a full dental implant). Dr Lichtenstein sat with me and went over each and every procedure that needed to be done.

He took the time to really understand why I was so apprehensive about having dental work done, and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before any work was done at all. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

I am surprised to see the negative reviews here. When I first came to Dr. Lichtenstein's office my teeth were a mess. He is a no frills type dentist, which some might find off putting, but I appreciate his straight forward style. His work is very good. I had several procedures under general anesthesia at his office and have not had any issues.
