This is no longer a family dentist. Maybe the new owners can clean your child's teeth but my family learned the hard way that they are not to be trusted in an emergency. When our 2 year old split her tooth in half, it took days to get ahold of them. At her appointment, they didn't do anything to treat her and said it was ok for her tooth to stay in her mouth.

I would have been fine if they had said she needed more treatment than they could do and had referred us immediately, but that's not what happened. Instead they told us to go to Children's Hospital in a week if it seemed like she was in pain (and we had already gone there the day it happened when we couldn't get ahold of Legacy and Children's said to go to our regular dentist). This was the week before Christmas! Luckily our pediatrician suggested the names of pediatric dentists. We got a same day appointment with the first one we called.

This dentist took one look at her tooth and said it needed to be pulled immediately, and did it at that appointment. We will not go back to Legacy.

My family had been going to Zabkowwicz dentist office for years, and our first experience with the new owners/dentist was terrible. So bad we have changed dentists. Lack of communication, incorrectly posted hours which lead to lots of stress when my youngest had a broken tooth. They were posted to be open on Fridays but apparently they are only open some Friday? Also, rude and judgemental comments from the dentist about our families hygiene. Our whole family of five has only 1 cavity prior to visit. .

. Tried calling to resolve an issue with a bill when we were charged for service that wasn't performed (teeth cleaning) and was meet with a defensive and combative conversation. Needless to say I am disappointed in the dentist calling me absurd and ridiculous when asking for the service that wasn't done to be removed from our bill. Also, mild sexism by dentist referring to "his ladies up front" when calling about my complaint. It has been the most negative dental experience of my life.

I've had positive experiences here since the new ownership and would recommend this place to others. I like the small office setting and staff are friendly, make effort to get to know you, and make you feel comfortable. I was nervous ahead of fillings, but the dentist and assistant were very reassuring, professional, and took time for all my questions.
