The hygienists here are so impressive, as they are wonderfully helpful, very thorough, and so knowledgeable. I’ve always been extremely grateful for how accommodating they are in scheduling my family’s appointments, with my two sons’ 6-month checkups scheduled to be done while I’m having mine. It’s truly such a convenience. At first I was worried/concerned I might miss something important by not being present in their exam room (they stick together while I’m a few rooms down). However, that fear was immediately alleviated by how communicative their hygienist has been before, during (if necessary), and after their appointments.

They’ve gone to Shelley for about 10 years now, and they love her. Over those years, I’ve had two main hygienists but have seen several others for various reasons; and, as I stated, they’ve all been wonderful. Before going here, I had gone to my same, cherished dentist for my entire teeth-caring life, 35+ years. I thought the care I’d received from that dentist could not be rivaled. BUT, I am so happy to report that my transition to Legacy Dental was seamless, and the quality care they give at least matches, if not outdoes, the care I was previously receiving.

I don’t want to leave out the dentists and support staff! They, too, have been top notch over the years! …friendly, eager, knowledgeable, compassionate, skilled… This practice has certainly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

I switched dentist recently. I have to say I had a great experience at Legacy Dental. An amazing facility with warm comfortable atmosphere. The best quality was the people. Walked in to check in and I felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Lauren was great. Professional, kind and made me feel relaxed. As she cleaned and examined my teeth and gums she explained everything I needed to know. Thanks to everyone at Legacy.

I've been patient at this office for over 15 years and never experienced something like this: Yesterday, I showed up at the front desk and the receptionist was chatting with one of her colleagues. Their conversation went on and on for a good 8 minutes and I'm standing there waiting! The receptionist never acknowledge my presence! I gave up then went and had a seat at the waiting reception. Another patient noticed what happened and she felt sorry for me.

Few minutes later, the receptionist asked me what I'm having done without any excuse. She said that wasn't a longtime! I don't know what she meant by that! I hope Legacy Dental Care can improve their customer services.

My last visit to Legacy was perfect. I was early and they took me in fifteen minutes ahead of schedule. The procedure was conducted accurately and I was completed in a timely manner. Great staff.
