Terrible experience at this office. Dr. Blevins does not seem compassionate about her patients at all. She also is not willing to have a second opinion on any service. It was like we were questioning her ability. No but when you need something drastic done you really need to make the correct decision . Plus every restoration she has completed catches and tears floss and catches food. This deems the restoration useless.

And for heaven sakes make sure you DO NOT have an emergency because before she can do ANYTHING to help you must have a cleaning and xrays even when you are an established patient. No, do not go here. Find another dentist. I will be calling my insurance carrier and telling them what a POOR dentist they have on our plan. UNBELIEVABLE Never in my life have I been treated with this disrespect. I do not know how she stays in business. Must be the cleanings and xrays that her hygienist do for her.

A week or so after receiving my newly relined upper denture, I called to ask a question about denture cream only sticking to the roof of my mouth and not to the denture. I was told that nothing could be done, that when I put them in the first time I said they felt good. I told them they were loose but they would do better after I put some denture cream on them but the denture cream didn't work. The new lining was very shiny and smooth. I thought maybe they could try something else.

I paid $400 for that feline, I would think they would have a kind word. I hung up on her. I will not be going back.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I have been to many dentists. I have always been able to get copies of my dental records. They have treated me as if I am being ridiculous for asking. They told me they have asked me many times to sign a release. I have only been there 3 times. They asked me the 3rd visit to fill out the release form as I was leaving. I told them on the next visit I definitely would but was strapped for time this day. They said no problem.

The next visit, my appointment was scheduled for 1pm. Two women came in after me that accidently came in a day early. I know this because they discussed it right in front of me. They took the two women back as I sat there looking at my watch. I found this unprofessional so I left. They still refuse giving me my dental records. The worst place I have been to so far. The hygienist was great. She should be the dentist.

She does most of the work anyway. She is friendly and professional. The dentist is inattentive and seems uncaring. The dentist actually dicussed my dental health with my roommate. How unprofessional. We will not be back. Too many other dentists out there with better skills and ratings.

I had terrible pain that radiated to my ear and couldn't sleep the night before. I called the office at 8 am. The person on the other end couldn't have been any nicer. She explained all the procedures involved to help me. I arrived about 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork since this was my initial visit. The hygienist greeted me at the front.

She explained each step in detail beforehand. She is an excellent hygienist, with gentleness and warmth. After x-rays and cleaning, I met the dentist. She was very accommodating with all my questions I asked. Above all, a very great dental experience!
